Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and powdered sugar.
- Add the melted coconut oil and almond milk to the flour mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the ground sesame seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to fit a small tart pan (approximately 15 cm in diameter).
- Transfer the rolled dough to the tart pan, pressing it into the edges and trimming any excess.
- Pour the sesame filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is set.
- Allow the tart to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
