- Coconut milk - 120 ml
- Agave syrup - 40 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a tart pan to create the crust. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove and let cool.
- In a saucepan, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch, coconut milk, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once thickened, pour the lemon filling into the cooled tart shell, smoothing the top.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
