  • Fresh basil - 15 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, capers, parsley, basil, and minced garlic.
  2. Pulse the mixture until it is coarsely chopped, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture, then pulse again until well combined but still slightly chunky.
