- Duck breast - 200 grams
- Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Red cabbage - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Score the skin of the duck breast in a crisscross pattern and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Rub the olive oil over the duck breast and place it skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill the duck for about 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 65°C.
- Remove the duck from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced duck on each tortilla, adding red cabbage, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice over the top and serve immediately.
