Steps
- Rinse the bulgur wheat under cold water, then soak it in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes until it softens. Drain any excess water and set aside.
- Finely chop the parsley, mint, and green onions. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked bulgur wheat, chopped parsley, mint, green onions, and diced tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
