Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the fava beans and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fava beans are tender.
