- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or peeler to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until they turn opaque, about 3-4 minutes for shrimp and 2-3 minutes for scallops.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss everything together gently, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is just tender.
