- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter - 25 grams (for cooking crepes)
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
- Spinach, fresh - 50 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Black pepper - to taste
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps

- Stir in the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, black pepper, and garlic powder until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Place a portion of the chicken and spinach mixture onto each crepe, fold or roll them up, and serve warm.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
