- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Raclette cheese - 100 grams, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Brush the sliced zucchini and bell pepper with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.
- During the last minute of cooking, place the raclette cheese slices on top of the patties, cover, and allow the cheese to melt.
- While the burgers are cooking, grill the zucchini and bell pepper slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
- To assemble, place a bed of fresh arugula on a plate, top with the grilled vegetables, and then add the cheese-topped beef patty. Drizzle with mustard before serving.
