Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Raclette cheese - 100 grams, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Brush the sliced zucchini and bell pepper with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place the raclette cheese slices on top of the patties, cover, and allow the cheese to melt.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, grill the zucchini and bell pepper slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
  7. To assemble, place a bed of fresh arugula on a plate, top with the grilled vegetables, and then add the cheese-topped beef patty. Drizzle with mustard before serving.
