- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth - 100 milliliters
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- While the vegetables are cooking, cut the seitan into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the seitan to the skillet along with dried thyme, rosemary, soy sauce, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seitan is heated through and the flavors meld.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
