  • Seitan - 200 grams

  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable broth - 100 milliliters
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. While the vegetables are cooking, cut the seitan into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add the seitan to the skillet along with dried thyme, rosemary, soy sauce, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seitan is heated through and the flavors meld.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
