- Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Natural sausage casings - 1 meter
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for cooking
Steps
- Prepare the sausage casings by rinsing them under cold water and soaking them in warm water for about 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground halal meat, fat, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Rinse the soaked casings again and carefully stuff them with the meat mixture using a sausage stuffer. Twist the sausages into links of desired size and tie off the ends securely.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the sausages from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
