  • Pork or beef fat - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Natural sausage casings - 1 meter
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for cooking

Steps

  1. Prepare the sausage casings by rinsing them under cold water and soaking them in warm water for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground halal meat, fat, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the sausages from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
