- Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Baguette - 1 small, sliced for toasting
Steps
- Begin by finely dicing the fresh salmon fillet into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the finely chopped red onion, capers, and chives to the bowl with the salmon.
