- smoked salmon - 100 grams
- fresh salmon fillet - 100 grams
- cream cheese - 100 grams
- butter - 30 grams
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- capers - 1 tablespoon, rinsed and chopped
- black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Steps
- In a small saucepan, cook the fresh salmon fillet in simmering water for about 10-12 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and let it cool.
- Once cooled, flake the cooked salmon into a bowl.
- Add the smoked salmon, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, dill, capers, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Using a fork, mix the ingredients until well combined, but leave some texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
