- Egg - 1, beaten

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry on a floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness.
- Place the salmon fillet on the pastry and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Fold the pastry over the salmon to enclose it completely, sealing the edges with your fingers.
- Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place the wrapped salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
