  • Cream cheese - 100 grams

  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Lemon - 1, wedges for serving
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
