- Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, chickpeas, black olives, and blanched green beans.
