  • Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, chickpeas, black olives, and blanched green beans.
