Ingredients

  • Green beans - 150 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Zucchini - 1 medium (about 200 grams)
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Canned tuna - 1 can (about 150 grams, drained)
  • Hard-boiled eggs - 2
  • Black olives - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil - a handful
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut the zucchini into thick slices.
  3. Cut the red bell pepper into quarters and toss all the vegetables (green beans, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper) in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. While the vegetables are grilling, prepare the hard-boiled eggs: Place them in boiling water for 9-10 minutes, then cool under cold running water and peel.
  6. Once the vegetables are grilled, remove them from the grill and arrange them on a plate.
  7. Add the drained tuna, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and black olives on top of the grilled vegetables.
  8. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
