  • Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
  • Red wine vinegar - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
  • Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the tomato wedges and sliced red onion.
  4. Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  5. In a small jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper. Shake well to create the vinaigrette.
  6. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
