- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill or cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
