- Cucumber - 100 grams
- Red onion - 1 small
- Fresh parsley - 15 grams
- Fresh mint - 10 grams
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Rinse the sugar snap peas under cold water and trim the ends if necessary.
- Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the sugar snap peas for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
