  • Honey - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and prepare an ice bath in a bowl with cold water.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. Immediately transfer the broccoli to the ice bath to stop the cooking process and preserve its color.
