Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls, then flatten them gently into discs.
- Place the discs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
