- Almond flour - 100g
- Coconut oil - 30g, melted
- Honey - 30g
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped walnuts - 20g
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a fork or your fingers to form discs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
