- Cauliflower - 400 grams
- Butter - 30 grams
- Heavy cream - 60 ml

- Shallot - 1 small, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them for about 10 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the steamed cauliflower from the steamer and transfer it to a food processor. Add the sautéed garlic and shallot mixture, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to taste. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more heavy cream.
- Transfer the cauliflower rice to a serving dish and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
