Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped shallots and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the riced cauliflower and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it begins to soften.
