  • Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the fresh salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool.
