Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 500 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Place the ribs on the hot grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes on each side, basting with any remaining marinade, until the ribs are well charred and cooked through.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
