- Milk - 50 ml

- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a 20 cm tart pan, trimming any excess pastry from the edges.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the wilted spinach, rehydrated seaweed, and grated cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pastry shell, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow the quiche to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
