- 150 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 grams black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat the BBQ grill to medium heat.
- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a boat-like shape.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives, minced garlic, basil, thyme, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
