Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 300 grams
  • Dijon mustard - 3 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.

  3. Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off.
  5. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is caramelized.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
