  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the octopus. Simmer for about 30 minutes until tender, then remove and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
