Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into halves for quicker cooking and place them in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and allow any excess to drip off.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is nicely charred.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
