- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Zucchini (spiralized) - 200 grams
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white fish fillets to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the spiralized zucchini and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, tossing everything together for about 3-4 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still slightly crunchy.
- Return the cooked fish to the skillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill, and gently combine to heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
