  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Zucchini (spiralized) - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the white fish fillets to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
  3. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Add the spiralized zucchini and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, tossing everything together for about 3-4 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still slightly crunchy.
  6. Return the cooked fish to the skillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill, and gently combine to heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
