- Heavy cream - 100ml

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
