- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.

- Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the skin is crispy and golden.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
