Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 800 grams
  • Dijon mustard - 4 tablespoons
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves - 3, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 2 teaspoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 250 ml

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium heat.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 40-50 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade every 15 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are tender and have a nice caramelized crust, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the ribs warm, garnished with additional fresh thyme if desired.
