- Garlic cloves - 3, minced
- Fresh thyme - 2 teaspoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 250 ml
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar to create a marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 40-50 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade every 15 minutes.
