Ingredients
- Potatoes - 400 grams (about 4 medium-sized)
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-2 cm cubes.
- Rinse the potato cubes under cold water to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the potato cubes to the skillet, season with salt, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the minced garlic and mix well to combine.
- Once the potatoes are cooked through and crispy, remove the skillet from heat, and add the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
