Steps
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, even cubes (about 1 cm each).
- Place the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender but not fully cooked. Drain and let them cool slightly.
