Ingredients

Steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, even cubes (about 1 cm each).
  2. Place the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender but not fully cooked. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted.
