Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 400 grams (about 2 medium-sized)

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into 2.5 cm cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
