Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes (about 3-4 mm thick).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions until they become translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add the minced garlic and chopped thyme to the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the potato slices, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is slightly golden.
