Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza base - 2
  • Crème fraîche - 100 grams
  • Gruyère cheese, grated - 100 grams
  • Raclette cheese, sliced - 100 grams
  • Cooked ham, thinly sliced - 100 grams
  • Shallots, finely chopped - 1
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the chopped shallots, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over each gluten-free pizza base.
  4. Layer the grated Gruyère cheese evenly on top of the crème fraîche.
  5. Add the sliced Raclette cheese and cooked ham over the Gruyère.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil over each pizza.
  7. Place the pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
