- Crème fraîche - 100 grams
- Gruyère cheese, grated - 100 grams
- Raclette cheese, sliced - 100 grams
- Cooked ham, thinly sliced - 100 grams
- Shallots, finely chopped - 1
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the chopped shallots, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over each gluten-free pizza base.
- Layer the grated Gruyère cheese evenly on top of the crème fraîche.
- Add the sliced Raclette cheese and cooked ham over the Gruyère.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over each pizza.
- Place the pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
