Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black olives - 30 grams, sliced
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into two round pizza bases, about 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Remove the crusts from the oven and spread the minced garlic evenly over the top.
  6. Arrange the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and black olives on each crust.
  7. Sprinkle chopped basil and dried oregano over the toppings.
  8. Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
