- Almond flour - 150 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Zucchini - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black olives - 30 grams, sliced
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into two round pizza bases, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove the crusts from the oven and spread the minced garlic evenly over the top.
- Arrange the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and black olives on each crust.
- Sprinkle chopped basil and dried oregano over the toppings.
- Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
