Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza base - 2 bases (about 200g total)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Shrimp - 100g, peeled and deveined
  • Mussels - 100g, cleaned
  • Calamari - 100g, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g, halved
  • Heavy cream - 50ml
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Grated cheese (optional) - 50g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to turn opaque.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Place the gluten-free pizza bases on a baking sheet and spread the seafood mixture evenly on top.
  6. If using, sprinkle the grated cheese over the seafood mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the pizza bases are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
