  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Potato - 150 grams, thinly sliced
  • Reblochon cheese - 100 grams, sliced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the potato mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer the Reblochon cheese slices over the potatoes.
  6. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and chopped rosemary on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
