- Almond flour - 150g
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100g
- Cream cheese - 50g
- Eggs - 2 large
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Spinach - 50g (fresh or frozen)
- Salami - 50g (thinly sliced)
- Parmesan cheese - 30g (grated)
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a greased 20cm (8-inch) pie dish evenly across the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted. If using frozen spinach, make sure to thaw and drain excess water before adding to the skillet.
- Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the crust, then layer the salami slices on top.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salami and spinach for added flavor.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
