- Italian herbs (oregano, basil) - 1 tsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out into a round pizza shape using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and evenly spread the sugar-free tomato sauce over the top.
- Divide the toppings into four sections: place sliced ham on one quarter, mushrooms on another, artichoke hearts on the third, and olives on the last.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs over the entire pizza.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
