- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1/2, juiced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic, ground lamb, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-inch circle and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with the cooked lamb mixture, sliced bell pepper, and black olives.
