- Gruyère cheese, grated - 100 grams
- Spinach, fresh - 50 grams
- Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and spinach to the skillet, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
