Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 150 grams
  • Crème fraîche - 100 grams
  • Gruyère cheese, grated - 100 grams
  • Spinach, fresh - 50 grams
  • Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and spinach to the skillet, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  6. Layer the shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach evenly on top of the crème fraîche.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese over the toppings, followed by fresh thyme.
  8. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
