  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams
  • Goat cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh truffle (optional) - 5 grams, shaved
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  5. Layer the thinly sliced zucchini and mushrooms on top of the dough, followed by the fresh spinach.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle the truffle oil over the pizza and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted.
