  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly before puréeing it in a food processor until smooth.
